Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment fee. No refunds will be provided for no-call, no-show appointments.
Late Appointment Policy To respect the time of all our clients, arrivals more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled.
